Our Mission
Forge: Forging Your Future.
We exist to raise up young men of strength, character, and purpose. In a culture that confuses masculinity and weakens responsibility, Forge calls young men to rise—
to take ownership of their lives, grow in wisdom, and lead with courage. Through intentional mentorship, life-skill development, and transformational brotherhood, we equip young men to build a future worth living—and a legacy worth leaving.
Our Goal
- Reclaim Identity Help young men discover who they are and what they stand for in a world trying to redefine them.
- Build Character Instill discipline, grit, humility, and integrity—because true manhood is not inherited; it’s forged.
- Embrace Responsibility Train young men to own their choices, honor their commitments, and lead from the front.
- Establish Brotherhood Create a culture of accountability, mentorship, and belonging—where iron sharpens iron.
- Ignite Legacy Inspire young men to live with vision, influence others for good, and leave a mark that outlives them.
Man of Steel is the signature initiative of Forge—designed to develop resilient, confident young men equipped with the skills, strength, and mindset to face life with purpose and integrity.
A Tribute to Fontana's Steel Legacy
Founded on the enduring strength of steel, Fontana’s history is deeply rooted in the industrial might of its steel industry. Our fundraiser, the Steelman Triathlon, pays homage to this legacy, encouraging participants to embody the resilience and fortitude that built the city. The course itself is demanding: a 5-kilometer run, a 12-mile bike ride, and a 100-yard swim in the Olympic-sized pool at Fontana Park Aquatic Center. This rigorous challenge is designed to inspire participants to push their limits, honor the city’s storied industrial past, and develop the mental and physical toughness required of true leaders.
